Weddings and Receptions Packages

Package #1
Three Day Weekend Friday-Sunday
$2,500 plus $400 refundable deposit
*includes access to building from 8am Friday thru Sunday at midnight

Package #2
One Day Wedding
$1,500 plus $400 refundable deposit
*includes access to building 1 day only from 8am-midnight.
Does not allow for items to be delivered or set up outside of that day. 


Both Packages Include
60" Round Tables - 19 available
Tablecloths - red, black, or white available
White Standard Event Folding Chairs - 100 available
(The 60" round tables seat 8 event chairs)
  

Access to
Bridal Suite, Groom's Room, Parlor, Dining room,
 Full Kitchen, Porches, Outside Grounds and Parking Lot

Fee Does Not Include
 Labor to set up or tear down
You will be responsible for your vendors
Use of spaces other than above mentioned areas

Please note a deposit will be required upon contract signing to reserve the date.

Events
(non-wedding/reception)

Weekdays:
Sunday (all day) and Monday-Thursday 4pm-midnight
$500 plus $200 refundable deposit

  Weekends:
Friday, Saturday,
and all major holidays
$800 plus $200 refundable deposit


A security deposit (refundable) is required 
along with Rental Agreement to reserve the date.

Fee Includes:
Use of Tables, Chairs, Linens and Silverware

Space

 Includes the Parlor, Dining room,
 Kitchen, Porches and Grounds 
*Additional parking located across the street


Fee Does Not Include:
Use of spaces other than above mentioned areas
Labor to set up or tear down
